Pinnacle Heights Office One

The Kimberly-Clark Corporation desired a new openwork concept for their Northwest Arkansas Wal-Mart and Sam's Club teams. They chose to lease a 25, 000-square-foot space in a new 60, 000-square-foot Hunt Ventures property known as Pinnacle Heights Office One. The location offered an open-floor plate with floor-to-ceiling glass on three of the four sides in space. The layout took into consideration the sprawling views and natural light. The employee cafe was placed on the east side of the building to allow views of the Walmart AMP. A patio was added outside of the café for Kimberly-Clark employees to enjoy. The interior color scheme involved a way finding plan based on the different teams within the office. This goal was achieved by using accent carpet tiles as a border along with accent walls of the same colors. The design also needed to incorporate a modular room for product display adjacent to a large dividable conference space. Between the modular room and conference room, an automated sky-fold partition wall was installed to allow for dramatic product reveals.
