Turquoise Firefly

Celina, Texas

This boutique retailer and café occupies a 4,300-square-foot building near the historic center of Celina, Texas. The project team was able to adaptively reuse elements of the existing building that would have otherwise been discarded. Core worked closely with the interior designer to deliver a fresh and unique shopping experience upstairs and a relaxed café and lounge downstairs. The design and build format of this project meant that up-front collaboration with the contractor allowed the owner to make informed decisions in regards to cost and schedule throughout the design process. The team approach resulted in this successful renovation.
