The approximately 24,000 square-foot office was completed in 2008. Core provided all architectural services as well as LEED Administration. Some of the green strategies implemented contributed to a 45 percent reduction in the use of power for lighting and a 36 percent reduction in water used. The two-story building is designed with three interjecting masonry towers, each designating a void in the building footprint for outdoor courtyard space. The main entry tower includes a balcony space, providing views of the neighboring retention pond and a covered area for the drop-off drive.
